  2. Client: any individual or legal entity that purchases products through the Site.

  3. Delivery address: the physical address provided by the Client for receipt of the Order.

  4. Force majeure: any event beyond KLab’s reasonable control that prevents, delays, or increases the cost of fulfilling shipments, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, customs closures, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.

  5. Order: purchase request submitted by the Client through the Site, subject to acceptance by KLab.

  6. Product(s): dietary supplements offered for sale on the Site.

  7. Shipping / Returns / Refunds Policy: the document published on the Site that regulates specific conditions regarding shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and which is incorporated into these Shipping Terms by reference.

2. Scope and reference

At KLab, we want you to have full clarity on how our shipping, delivery, and returns processes work. For this reason, all such matters are governed by the Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy published on our Site, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Please note that the provisions described here are general and for guidance only. KLab reserves the right to update, adjust, or modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice, in order to adapt to operational, regulatory, or market changes.

3. Order processing and shipping times

At KLab, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, preparation times may vary depending on inventory availability, logistical capacity, and internal operational criteria.

The delivery timeframes or estimates displayed on the Site, in your order confirmation, or in any subsequent communication are provided for reference purposes only. They should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of delivery on a specific date, but rather as an estimate based on our best logistical projections.

It is important to note that KLab does not assume responsibility for delays or variations in shipping times when caused by external factors such as carrier performance, customs processes, high logistical demand, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping methods and costs

At KLab, we strive to offer flexible and secure shipping alternatives. The available shipping methods and their costs are determined based on our operations and logistics partnerships, and may change without prior notice.

During the checkout process, you will see an estimated shipping cost. This amount is for reference only and may be adjusted depending on external factors such as the destination, selected carrier, weight, order volume, or other logistical conditions.

Please note that KLab reserves the right to update or modify shipping methods, conditions, or costs at any time. Such adjustments are part of the natural dynamics of logistics and do not create any obligation of compensation to the Client.

5. Risk of loss and Client responsibility

The risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the Client once the order is handed over to the carrier responsible for delivery.

It is the Client’s sole responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to errors, omissions, or incorrect delivery details will be borne exclusively by the Client.

6. Delivery incidents

In the event of delays, losses, damages, or failure to deliver, KLab does not assume any liability. In such cases, our responsibility is limited to carrying out reasonable administrative actions with the carrier to support the resolution of the issue.

Any claims related to these incidents will be handled in accordance with our Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy, available on the Site.

7. International shipping

If you place an international order, please note that the Client is solely responsible for complying with all legal and administrative requirements of the destination country, including taxes, duties, permits, or applicable restrictions.

KLab cannot guarantee that orders will pass through customs without issues, nor can it commit to any specific timeframes or costs associated with the import process.

In cases of customs retention, confiscation, or delays, all responsibility will rest exclusively with the Client.

8. Modifications, cancellations, and redirections

KLab reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend, or even cancel shipments at any time due to operational, regulatory, or force majeure reasons, without creating any obligation of compensation to the Client.

If the Client requests to modify, cancel, or redirect a shipment, such request will be handled in accordance with our Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy. These requests will be subject to evaluation and, in some cases, may result in additional charges.

9. Indicative nature and absence of warranties

The information published on our Site regarding shipping methods, timeframes, costs, or availability is for reference purposes only and should not be interpreted as a binding or firm commitment.

Likewise, KLab does not provide express or implied warranties with respect to delivery times, the continuity of shipping methods, cost stability, or the absence of incidents during the logistics process.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Shipping Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware as well as the applicable federal laws of the United States.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, it shall be resolved exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Delaware, to whose jurisdiction the Client irrevocably submits.
