2. Scope and precedence

These Terms govern the payments, returns, and refunds of products sold by KLab.

The specific details (eligibility, timeframes, costs, conditions) are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of this document.

In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the specific Site policy shall prevail, provided they do not contradict applicable law.

3. Payment process

To complete a purchase, select your product(s), delivery address, shipping method, and payment method. The Site will then display a summary including the price, applicable taxes, and estimated shipping costs.

Once you confirm the order and authorize the charge, KLab may carry out additional security checks before accepting it. After the payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

If payment is rejected or deemed invalid, KLab may cancel the order without incurring any liability.

4. Returns

At KLab, we want your shopping experience to be transparent and hassle-free. That is why we have a clear and straightforward Returns and Refunds Policy:

4.1 Conditions to return a product

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be kept in a condition that allows for resale.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

4.2 How to request a return

  1. Contact us via our email or website form, providing the order number and reason for the return (include photos if necessary).

  2. Wait for our authorization (return number) before sending the product.

  3. Pack the product securely, following the instructions and labels we provide.

  4. Ship it to the indicated address using a reliable carrier and keep your shipping receipt.

4.3 Return costs

  • If the product is defective or the error is on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

4.4 Refund

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Depending on your bank or issuing entity, the funds may take a few business days to appear.

4.5 Cases where returns do not apply

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to Client mishandling.

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day period.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and validated, we will confirm it via email and process the refund. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The time for the funds to appear will depend on your bank or issuing entity, but generally occurs within a few business days.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, KLab may deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

6. Cancellations and modifications

We understand that plans can change. For this reason, if you wish to cancel your order, you may request it as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. KLab will evaluate each request and reserves the right to accept or reject it based on operational feasibility.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, and the conditions set forth in our Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.

Similarly, if you need to make modifications to your order (such as changing the delivery address, adjusting quantities, or substituting products), these will be subject to KLab’s approval and may involve additional costs.

7. Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud

At KLab, we always aim to resolve any situation directly and transparently. Therefore, if as a Client you decide to initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment issuer, we kindly ask that you contact us first to try to resolve the issue quickly and amicably.

It is important to clarify that KLab cannot guarantee that a chargeback will be reversed in your favor, nor can it assume any fees, penalties, or commissions that may result from such a process.

In cases of verified fraud or misuse of payment methods, KLab reserves the right to withhold payments, cancel orders, and pursue any legal or recovery actions deemed necessary to protect the company and its clients.

Finally, you agree to cooperate with us in any required investigation by providing documentation, evidence, or statements necessary to properly resolve any dispute.

8. Indicative nature, limitations, and disclaimers

At KLab, we strive to ensure that every process is efficient and smooth, but we recognize that external factors may be beyond our control.

  • The indicated timeframes —such as the 30-day period to request a return or the usual processing times for a refund— reflect market-accepted standards. However, these should not be interpreted as absolute guarantees, since extraordinary circumstances may alter them.

  • Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to third parties, such as banks, payment issuers, or carriers, since those processes depend directly on their policies and management times.

  • Finally, to be clear: we do not provide any guarantees regarding the execution of refunds beyond what is expressly stated in this policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

To ensure clarity and legal certainty, these Payment Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and, where applicable, by the federal laws of the United States.

In the event of a dispute related to payments, returns, or refunds, such dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent state or federal courts in Delaware. By accepting these conditions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to submit irrevocably to such jurisdiction.
